Our family-run farm has been organic since 1989: father, mother and two children.
The activities we carry out are divided into 3 sectors: cultivation (legumes, cereals, saffron, vegetables), breeding (beef cattle, pigs, sheep and poultry), educational farm which also provides catering and tastings at km 0.
In every farmer family, the division of roles is fundamental for the proper management of the company, Salvatore (the father) with his experience follows the agronomic and breeding part, Mariella (the mother) takes care of the kitchen and hospitality in catering, Alex (son) is the chef with a great passion for cooking and dedicates himself to the preparation of delicious dishes using only quality products (from homemade pasta, 0 km meats, desserts). Manuel (son) runs the butcher’s shop as well as helping his father manage the cattle. In short, the whole family gives its contribution to the numerous activities with commitment and dedication hoping to be able to convey to all guests the love for the land, nature and animals!
For guests, in the company it is possible to make the following experiences by reservation:

  • Cooking course which includes the preparation of homemade pasta and typical dishes;
  • Butchery course on pork processing (sausage preparation);
  • Truffle hunting experience.
