The GOBBI farm, totally family-run, planted in 1993 with the help and experience of ASSAM and UNIVPM, an orchard with the intention of producing quality apples and recovering pink apple biotypes and apples ancient ones in danger of extinction. Among the species found most suitable for the local microclimate, the Pink Apple was the best in terms of resistance to adversity and natural conservation; with an intense aroma, crunchy pulp and slightly acidic sugary taste, the Pink Apple has a high fiber content and a significant oxidizing power. Today Umberto with his daughter Caterina lead the company in continuous updating to improve the cultivation more and more and offer a healthy and genuine product to their customers at their company store.
