The company originated in 1989 when Rita Balli returned to Valnerina, returned to her father’s land and passed from a production for self-consumption to a company, starting, over time, a cultivation of apple trees with “modern” varieties and autochthonous, saffron, vegetables, olive trees and deals with the collection of spontaneous herbs. Family-run farm then became multifunctional, creating an agritourism activity, an educational farm and rental and guided excursions on mountain bikes and electric mountain bikes.
Among the genetic resources at risk of genetic erosion present in the company are listed numerous varieties of apples such as the Mela Panaia di Norcia , the Mela Spoletina , the Mela Limoncella < / em>, the Rattle Apple , the Mela Ruzza .
