Ours is a small family-run business, located in Monteleone di Spoleto, in the upper Valnerina, in Umbria.
We have mainly produced Spelled of Monteleone PDO and Lentils for about thirty years and we have a wide range of products, following the entire supply chain up to the sale, aimed mainly at small niche shops, mainly in central Italy.
We have always based our production above all on high quality products, which is why we are actively committed to the recognition of the DOP for our Farro, having been among the promoters for the establishment of the Monteleone di Spoleto Farro Association of which Giulio Cicchetti (legal representative of the Company) was also president until 2015. In addition to Spelled Monteleone PDO sold in the types of semi-pearled and broken spelled, among the most marketed products we have Spelled Slices or Gallette.
